Which fluids and how much: gearbox oil, coolant, brake fluid?

• Gearbox oil — SAE 75W-90, 80 ml
• Coolant — glycol-based, 600 ml
• Brake fluid — DOT 4 / 5.1 for the front brake and the foot rear brake; DOT 4 for the hand rear brake
• Grease — silicone on rubber parts, lithium on bearings and pivots
• Chain — off-road chain lube
