The throttle doesn't respond — what to check?

• whether the bike lock is enabled in the app
• the plug under the dash (phone holder)

A red LED at power-on is one of the signs of a faulty throttle.

The throttle is electronic and breaks in crashes — many turn it downward and fit handguards or bar-end plugs.
