The suspension is very stiff — what to do?

1. Check that the springs match your weight in gear (see the marking). If not, clickers won't help — change the springs. A working setup from the chat: Öhlins on the shock, WP or Yamaha on the fork.
2. Set the SAG (~110 mm in gear).
3. Service the suspension: the factory oil is "strange" and the shock is sometimes not vacuum-filled. On a new bike a service is advised after 5–30 hours.
