The bike shut off at low charge under full throttle / won't turn on after being run to zero — what to do?

Below ~10% at full throttle the Stark goes into protection to save the controllers. The battery is not dying.

Forced start

1. Remove the spoiler and the carbon cover.
2. Press the power button three times for 2 s until the red light goes out.
3. Within 5 s, disconnect the orange HV connector and wait 5 s.
4. Hold the power button (red lights up) and within 2 s reconnect the HV.

It may take several attempts; don't do more than 10 — contact Stark support.

On newer MX firmware, starting from a full shutdown needs 4.4–4.5 V on the VCU battery, otherwise it blinks red three times.
